Most of my satisfied Clients know we do everything possible to rectify every situation before ‘THAT’ phone call has to be made. The only shortcoming of what I do? It’s my voice you hear at 3am in the morning telling you the something is out and needs to be repaired immediately to protect your asset. Other property management companies treat maintenance as a necessary evil, but at Verified Property Management maintaining the upkeep of your home is what preserves values and brings in the highest rents. Taking care of things and making sure they are clean and in pristine condition have always been important to me. Most people don’t think about dirt on the roof, but I do. While some of the neighbors poked fun at me, I was very proud that our home looked the best on the street. When I was a teenager, people would drive down the street where my parent’s home was located and see me up on the roof washing down the Spanish Tile. We may also pursue legal action for back rent owed. If you fail to pay rent for the last month of your stay, your delinquency will be reported to the appropriate credit bureaus. Remember, you cannot use your deposit as your final month's rent. Please note, any fees, back rent, and repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit. We will return your security deposit to you as quickly as possible. If your residence has substantial damage, contact our offices for assistance. This includes patching holes left from nails and screws, replacing lightbulbs, and painting, where necessary. Repairs: Please be sure to address any damage that has occurred during your stay.Please ensure you've addressed all landscaping responsibilities, including mowing the lawn, weeding flowerbeds, and replacing old lightbulbs. Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: You must also return your outdoor living space to its original condition.Any garbage left behind may result in an additional fee. You also need to vacuum and shampoo carpeted areas, wash windows, and remove all refuse from the property. Please pay special attention to the kitchens and bathrooms, wiping countertops, cabinets, and appliances. Rental Cleaning: Your unit must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.This includes addressing the following elements: You are responsible for returning your property to rent-ready condition. ![]() Please be sure to provide written notification of us your intent to vacate the premises, respecting the timeline in your lease. Certain fees may apply if you choose to break your lease. If you wish to leave your residence, you'll need to refer to the terms outlined in your lease.
